Key responsibilities
• Prequalify leads, including
– Verification of contact information
– Identification of decision maker
– Identification of shipping need/opportunity
– Log opportunity in INSIGHT with required details
• Data cleansing
- Constantly canvas through our customer database and ensure details are up-to-date in both INSIGHT and SCV
Skills Required
• Actively manages call flow
• Capable of managing outbound call targets
• Capable of building solid support over the phone
• Is a clear communicator
• Has good knowledge of ML products
• Systems flair
Competencies
You must be an extrovert character and result oriented as well as capable of fast decision making and handling objections. You are a self-starter, with excellent phone selling skills.
Very good local language skills are required; for bi-lingual clusters further language skills may be required.
