Position：Embedded VOIP SW
Location: Jin Qiao
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring design, development of software into a global project
- Implementing/customize IP Phone set features based on SDK
- Defect analyzing and bug shooting
- Coordinate with technical support groups to solve the problems found in customer site.
- Documenting feature development via external specifications
- Applying methodology/Process with particular attention on Unitary tests and Integration
tests
- Ensuring required quality level and lead time for his development
QUALIFICATIONS:
o Bachelor degree or above in communication/electronic engineering or computer
science.
o Good experience in C and C++ programming in embedded systems like VxWorks or
Linux.
o Knowledge in VoIP telecommunication technology.
o Good understanding on the embedded device structure (flash, RAM, MIPS, Screen…)
o Familiar with UNIX development environment and ClearCase, ClearQuest is a plus.
o Good communication skills, English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
o Work independently with high accountability. Show good team spirit.
o Be familiar with the computer architecture, data structure and compilation
principle
- Nice to have
o Experience with Bluetooth is a STRONG plus.
o Knowledge in IP domain (TCP/IP, DNS, ARP, RTP...) is a plus.
o Knowledge on Perl script is a plus
