Position：Mobility Intern

JD:
1. translation of relevant policy
2. Support in coordination with different suppliers
3. Expatriates Database maintenance
4. Filing of expatriates’ contracts, reimbursement & payment documents, tax receipts
5. Assist mobility team to deal with daily operation work in an efficient manner
6. Annual expatriates’ data reporting and filing
Requirement:
1. Major: English
2. familiar with Microsoft office, especially excel operation
3. at least 4 working days/week
4. good interpersonal communication skill
5. stable, patient, responsible and team spirit
6.Good command of English, both in written and oral
