Responsibilities:
 Help to identify & qualify new electrical parts to be used in existing Lutron products. Work closely with suppliers in part qualification process.
 Work as part of a cross-functional engineering team. Teams will be international and will include engineers from the United States.
 Build strong relationships with engineers at our Shanghai manufacturing facility and the EPS team at our United States office.
 Develop and maintain active relationships with certification houses in China (CCC & CFT) to support new and existing products.

Requirements:
 B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (required)
 Strong English speaking & writing capability. Job will require frequent communication with United States.
 Experience with solid model design.
 Basic understanding of electrical circuits.
 Experience with following programs (or equivalent) ProE & CAD.
 Experience with MS Office Suite.
 Willingness to travel 20% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice.

 与美国总部项目实施团队合作，组织并推进ERP实施项目
 调研及分析公司各职能部门（供应链 /仓库 /生产 /销售 /财务）运营流程，分析用户需求
 与美国总部项目实施团队合作，优化改善各业务部门ERP系统操作流程
 组织并协调系统相关的硬件系统架设（服务器 /打印机 /无线扫描系统等）
 领导其他IT系统的引进和建设 （ PLM / BPM / HR 等各类系统 ）
 建立各个系统标准操作指导书，制定并实施用户培训计划
 安装配置系统服务器及终端用户计算机
 后期系统维护和支持，持续整合和优化
 创建公司IT管理策略，制定标准流程
 支持销售，完成大型楼宇灯光控制系统项目的服务器配置以及软件升级（上海中心大厦/上海环球金融中心等项目）
 完成主管安排的其他工作任务
岗位要求:
 本科以上学历
 计算机 / 信息工程 / 自动化 等相关电子类专业
 了解ERP基础原理
 极强的 沟通协调能力，自学能力，逻辑分析能力
 具备 数据库基础知识 / 基础程序开发能力
 必备要求：学习成绩优秀 （本科成绩GPA 3.0以上 ）
 必备要求：英语六级以上，口语流利 （面试为纯英文）
 优先考虑：具有 SQL Server或Access数据库项目开发经验
 优先考虑：具有 Excel VBA项目开发经验
 优先考虑：具有微软MCSE认证 或 思科CCNA认证
