Company Introduction
The Talent Centre (TTC) is a boutiquemanagement and recruitment consultancy, specializing in recruitment, coachingand development of high level candidates for MNCs.
We specialize in finding and developing thebest local candidates from China, and introducing them to our multi-nationalclient base.
The Talent Centre is run by former corporatepeople, and each Consultant has greater than 15 years experience in seniorlevel roles, giving us an in-depth understanding of our Customers
Our candidate focus is on positions at middleand above key level positions. We specialize in finding candidates with thespecific requirements to fill positions ranging from manager level right to GMand C level positions.
Responsibilities:
- Searching suitable candidates according to clients’ job description
- Building good networking and reputation in different job channels
- Making colds calls by a daily basis to search and approach potential candidates
- Updating talents information in V4 system
- Doing candidates ‘profile according to TTC format
- Engaging with candidates to promote TTC brands
- Participating in different company clients’ engagement events, helping with different new tasks and projects
- Some administration job per situation requests
Requirements:
- Bi-lingual ability required (Chinese and English), both written and spoken.
- Young, passionate, sharp, good problem-solving and pressure-handling agility; a quick-learnerwith persistent spirit
- Good knowledge with different career websites like Linkedin, Zhaopin,com, Lietou.com and some search engines like Baidu, Google, Sougou etc; good at information online searching
- Willing to making cold calls and eager to help people with career development
- Enjoys working in a deadline driven and fast-paced international environment
- Business minded, with mature HR networking is preferred
