职位描述：
职位1： Wireless R&D Application Software Engineer
Job Description:
In the challenging context of Mobile Access Projects, Application software engineer works for embedded software applications for wireless product of wireless access network and network management. He/She will contribute to software design, development, integration and test He/She will contribute, as appropriate, the whole application software lifecycle, including software design, development, integration and test.
Candidate Requirement:
1. Education background: Master
2. Major in: Telecommunication, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related
3. with related software development experience. Good knowledge of SW development process, methodology and software product life cycle.
4. Good knowledge of software development methodologies such as OOD and UML, proficient using C and C++ languages
5. Has basic knowledge of Embedded Systems and Real Time application development.
6. Basic knowledge of wireless telecommunication system.
7. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
8. Other requirements: Good communication skill, teamwork, Passionate on software development
职位2：Multi-technology System Test: GSM/LTE/WCDMA
Job Description:
Suitable candidate will work in an international context and interact with world wide Alcatel-Lucent R&D centers and customers. The key responsibilities of this role will be:
1. Support Test prime in developing and executing multi-technology product/release test plan.
2. Write test specification including Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Report
3. Execute test cases, analyze test result, report test result on schedule.
4. Follow Quality Process: find, characterize, track and verify defects. Provide detail log to design team if needed.
5. Regular report on test progress
6. Support operation/trial teams for successful network deployment or trials on customer sites
Candidate Requirement:
1. Willingness to develop the most broad view & experience for entire end to end network: from testing mobile to every access & coreNetwork elements; every interfaces with related protocols; from hardware to software; from lab to field; and communication with every sub component design teams and customer deployment teams.
2. Master, major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, EE or Telecom related areas
3. Experienced in school projects or industry intern: wireless related SW/system or subsystem testing or development is a big plus.
Master some scripting Language like TCL/Shell/Perl
4. Understanding and practice of test methodology and quality processes
5. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven system debugging skills
7. Accountable, self-motivated and autonomous at work
8. Fluent in English and Mandarin
9. Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment.
