三. 工作职责及要求





Position:   Quality Engineer

Number:   1

Department:  Production and Quality  

Employee status:  Regular

Schedule:  Full time



Responsibilities:



·         Responsible for production quality.

·         Responsible for product quality from NPI until Mass production.

·         To be a driver to improve the product quality

·         Yield loss analyses and summarize.

·         Coordinate with Process Engineer to solve production quality issue.

·         Coordinate with Supplier Quality Engineer and Process Engineer to find raw

material quality issue and ceaselessly improve supplier quality.

·         Set up IPQC procedure and put into practice.

·         Responsible for production 5S management.

·         Production cost deviation analyses and set actions with related department.

·         RMA coordinator in production department.



Requirements:



·         Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

·         Familiar with PC software

·         Good learning ability and communication skill

·         Good team work and strong accountability

·         Good at English speaking and writing







Position:   Maintenance  Engineer  

Number:   1

Department:  Production and Quality  

Employee status: Regular

Schedule: Full time  

  

Responsibilities:



·  Minimize downtime to make full use of installed capacity

·  Make preventive maintenance on equipment

·  Support industrialization or NPI

·  Manage spare parts

·  Make certain that equipment's performance produce good quality prior to customer

acceptance

·  Improve equipment efficiency to reduce cost



Requirements:



·      Bachelor degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Automation Engineering

·      Familiar with Automation control /PLC/Pneumatic system/fixture

·      Familiar with process control knowledge and Statistic system.

·      Good communication skill and quick learning ability.
