职位描述:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check invoice accuracy and coordinate with buyers, sourcing when price is discrepancy with PO
• Prioritize the submitting sequence of invoice based on payment terms in purchase order to ensure on time payment
• Check balance between goods receipt and invoice receipt under purchase order through SAP and trace invoice booking status
• Purchase order , invoices and other documents filing
QUALIFICATION
• Well spoken and written in English and Mandarin.
• Caution, proactive and willing to work under pressure
