Job Content
- Maintain close communications within Sales support, by closely tracking contract delivery status.
- Prepare the BAD explanation to help CE collect payment timely
- Act as the liaison between Support and Celanese’s order fulfillment department in Nanjing Communications will be done mainly viae-mail, telephone and fax.
- Summary daily report of Pricing issued via ICIS and chemease
- Validate contract numbers with support
- Help support to follow up information of customer timely
Requirement
- - Native mandarin speaking person with high proficiency on written English and conversational level of oral English.
- - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- - Good interpersonal skills
- - Located in Shanghai
- - Willing to learn SAP
