Position: IT Helpdesk (part-time)
Responsibilities:
1. Hardware and POS installation and support for Shanghai and Hangzhou retail shops
2. Daily support for Shanghai office users
3. Communication with office and shop users
4. Understanding on retail business process
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Computer science or related majors
2. Good network, hardware, windows 7, software technical background and skills
3. Strong customer service manner, good communication and coordination skills

2． 上海办公室的日常支持和维护
3． 保持与办公室及店铺同事的良好沟通
4． 了解零售业务体系和流程
基本要求：
1． 计算机相关专业本科或硕士学生
2． 良好的软硬件、网络技术背景，熟悉windows 7
3． 强烈的客户服务意识，擅长沟通和协调
工作时间为每周一至周五全天，2013年10月起。
