Position Inter-unit Business Assistant
Location Shanghai
Job responsibility
Tackling with overseas customers concerning terms and conditions of purchasing orders, following up order
execution, and after delivery problem-solving.
1.Evaluating the contents of orders and processing the orders to order approval systems.
2.Keeping records of each purchase order with 100% correctness, and be very clear of each order’s status.
3.Dailymonthlyquarterly reporting and analysis of the margin, order values, and sales values
4.Communicating with overseas customers on pricing, delivery terms, payment terms, and other related conditions.
5.Coordinating with planning and delivery teams to have the order delivered on time per customers’ demands.
6.Interface of customers’ claims after delivery and coordinate to have the problem solved.
7.Collecting and distributing commercial invoices on regular basis.
具体要求
1.教育程度本科及以上
2.专业商务、国际贸易、运营管理等
3.计算机水平能熟练运用OFFICE软件,特别是EXCEL, WORD的使用。熟悉SAP系统。
4.语言能力良好的英文沟通能力。
5.其他要求数据分析能力,待人诚恳,耐性好。

2.Major ininternational trade, business management, manufacturing, or sales.
3.Computer skillGood at Microsoft office, especially in xls, words, ppt, and be familiar with SAP.
4.Language abilityFluent in both English and Chinese,Excellent communication skills and strong analytical
abilities.
5.Other requirementsBe able to work under pressure and be patient to details
