Job Title Techical Services Support (Contractor)
Job Description This is a 3rd party contractor under FESCO. Hiring period is 2 years.
Role:
- Manage and co-ordinate the techical support for food project sample collection and testing including the analysis and presentation of test data
Accountabilities:
- Support the food packaging team in the coordination and attending line trial including analytical testing and data interpretation and presentation.
- Design experiments, collect and analyse data to support the assigned projects and the food packaging team
- Liaise with cross functional R&D and Operations teams to ensure that tests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with third party and testing facilities to conduct analysis of samples as required by the project
Work Relationship:
1. Internal:
- R&D: Technical Brand Managers, R&D Sensory, R&D Packaging, R&D Nutrition, R&D regulatory, R&D Technology
- Marketing brand team
- Operation and plants personnel
2. External:
- Suppliers
- Overseas support functions and Technical SME’s
Qualifications/Requirements Requirements:
- Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese a must
- Bachelor Degree or above in Food Science or Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Solid tehcnical and project management competencies.
- Good communication skill include writing and speaking both in Chinese and English
- positive influencing and people skills.
- Good data analysis skills
- Ability to execute plans from concept development to launch
- 2 Year working experience on R&D or relate technical functions, basic knowledge about R&D methodologies and testing equipment
- Experience in working in a factory / industrial environment
