Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) - 供应链发展计划培训生
Why do we run the program?
The Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP) is designed to attract, develop and retain graduates to maintain a pipeline of multi-disciplined Supply Chain professionals. SCDP is a 2-year rotational program designed to accelerate professional development through training and challenging projects while contributing innovative ideas to SABIC.
The program’s rotations include Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing and Execution. After two years, candidates then pursue challenging leadership roles in our supply chain organization.
What will SCDPs do during the program?
SCDP members will receive impactful and structured assignments, leadership, core business and functional training, accumulate hands on experience, gain leadership exposure opportunity and participate in networking events through each 6-month job rotation in the following 4 areas:
PLAN
Sales and operations planning; Inventory Management; Order Fulfillment Process
SOURCE
Supplier Relationships; Contracts & Negotiations; EHS&S
MAKE
Master Scheduling; Manufacturing process & restraints; Warehouse Management DELIVER
Logistics execution; Customer Service relationships; Root Cause Corrective Action
Can I enrol on the program?
We welcome all young and aggressive university graduates to join the program. The entry requirements are:
- Bachelor or Master Degree with major in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, International Economics and Trade; Industrial Engineering, Business Management, etc.
- Excellent academic record and active in extra-curricular activities or have extensive intern experience;
- Possess Supply Chain functional skills and a broad understanding in his/ her field of study or experience in a related industry.
- Good command of English: Fluent in oral and written.
- A strong passion for Supply Chain with a desire to make a difference. Is a change agent who learn continuously and drive for results;
- Looking for a long term career in Supply Chain and in SABIC. Demonstrate alignment with SABIC values.
