Project Electrical Engineer (MFG Function)
Responsibilities:
Help to identify & qualify new electrical parts to be used in existing Lutron products.Work closely with suppliers in part qualification process.
Work as part of a cross-functional engineering team.Teams will be international and will include engineers from the United States.
Build strong relationships with engineers at our Shanghai manufacturing facility and the EPS team at our United States office.
Develop and maintain active relationships with certification houses in China (CCC & CFT) to support new and existing products.

Requirements:
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent electronics engineering (required)
Strong English speaking & writing capability.Job will require frequent communication with United States.
Experience with electrical circuit design (power & digital).
Experience with following programs (or equivalent) MiniTab, MATLAB,PSpice.
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel 20% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice.
